The schedule is designed to minimize conflicts with other sports. There are no practices. The schedule may be adjusted once the rec and travel soccer schedules are posted:
- The 6/7-year-old teams will play from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturdays.
- The 8/9-year-old teams will play from 4 to 6 p.m. on Saturdays.
Finally, we are seeking student volunteers to help coach the 6/7 and 8/9 fall ball teams. Sandwich Babe Ruth Fall Ball registration is open - Wednesday, August 13, 2014
As we reflect on the successes of the 2014 regular season it is time to look forward to launching the 2014 Sandwich Babe Ruth Fall Ball season.
The Sandwich Babe Ruth Fall Ball Program provides our 12-year-old players an opportunity to get acclimated to 60-90 fields while gaining additional instruction from our coaches. Our coaches will also work with our 13- through 15-year-old age groups to further develop their skills.
The SBR program will be forming two age group teams: 12/13 age group and the 14/15 age group. This is designed to allow our coaches to target certain development opportunities within the appropriate age groups. Our teams will play similar age groups from surrounding towns that are part of the Gateway Regional Charter.
Dates: Sept. 12 – Oct. 26
